What is DEVOTED?

It's an intentional gathering where people share a meal, go deeper in community, and encounter God together. It's not a conference or another event to attend. It's an opportunity to slow down, gather around a shared meal, and experience Jesus-centered community.

What will the evening look like?

Expect a shared meal, meaningful conversation, time in the Word, and prayer and worship — with room to simply be present. The evening is unhurried by design. We're not rushing through a program. We're making space for the kind of community the early church had.

Do I need to be a Christian to come?

No. DEVOTED is open to anyone who wants to come — whether you've been following Jesus for decades or you're still figuring out what you believe. There's a place for you at this table.

Is this a church service?

DEVOTED isn't a traditional church service. It's a Christ-centered gathering rooted in Acts 2:42, creating space for the Word, fellowship, breaking bread, prayer, and worship. Whether you have a church home, are looking for one, or haven't been in church for a long time, you're welcome here.

Where exactly is it?

The first DEVOTED gathering is at Skyline Center, 929 N. Front St., Wilmington, NC 28401 — in the First Floor Gathering Hall. Parking is available on site.

Is there a cost to attend?

Accepted Answer

No. DEVOTED is completely free. A meal will be provided. Just RSVP so we can prepare enough food and make room for you.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes — families and children are welcome. DEVOTED is designed to be a gathering for everyone at the table, including the youngest ones.

What should I wear?

Come as you are. There's no dress code. What matters is that you're there.

I have a dietary restriction. Can I still come?

Absolutely. When you RSVP, there's a field to share any dietary needs. We'll do our best to make sure there's something at the table for you.
